Worsted company! Nothing but bunch of scammers! They had a third party “company”come out to the apartment at night promising to lower the electric bill and that every few months they would giving free gift cards and that you could call and cancel for free at anytime. The electric bill has just been going up and up every since the switch. Well I tried to call and cancel for free with the number they left and nobody answered went to the voicemail and it was a bunch of mumbles. Awful. Tricked into signing up and renewing and paying double my original bills. Trying to get in touch to cancel.

TOMORROW ENERGY DESERVES ZERO STARS!!!!!! I wish I had found this page before getting SCAMMED by this awful company. They promised lower electric costs. The costs were lower for about a month or two but now our bill is TWO TO THREE times as high. We were also promised that since we lived in an apartment, we would NOT be charged an early termination fee, but that was also a LIE. If I could give a 0/5 star rating I would. I feel betrayed by this company. I was told that my bill would be lowered and it is over double of what it originally was. They are liars and I have tried to cancel now and even before my account was activated and they never approved it or allowed me to cancel. I have yet to hear anything back from them. Worst service ever and I will never be going back to this company ever again.

If I could give them a zero, I would. HORRIBLE COMPANY. I changed services today. I NEVER got an email confirmation re the switch. Then I got a call asking for a deposit. Huh? I never ever got a confirmation email indicating I had a new account. Did the deposit on the phone after hanging up, verifying the 800 number. Paid my deposit. NO EMAIL confirmation. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS COMPANY.

Just had a rep come to my door. Tricked me into signing up. I looked at review to see many others have been through the same thing. Trying to figure out how to cancel.

All of the bad reviews are true I just encountered the same lying cheating door to door sales rep. Lied about rates and saving on gas and electric bill looking at the rates vs what I was paying Tomorrow energy is double and they fix it so you are stuck paying the double price. I have sent 5 emails and left a voice mail stating not to start service with them. Luckily I researched this the same day I signed up so I can cancel activation with them and not even start doing business with these scam artist.

I am distraught, Tomorrow energy is a fraudulent company in my opinion. I was lied to about the cost of you all, and wasn't told that I would still be paying the original company. Something needs to be resolved. You all are thieves. When I spoke to the original company, Dominion and Ohio edison they told me tomorrow energy can basically say whatever they want to get your business and don't have to follow through. Please do not fall for them.

Vile business practices. Salesperson came to my house while I was at work and my mom answered the door, Apparently, they told her that they worked for my electric energy provider and promised a flat and cheaper rate on my energy bill and she gave him a copy of my electric bill. I canceled within 3 days of the contract being signed, even though it was signed on a Friday...obviously another attempt to abuse their recission period and lock people into their scam.
