I have used Corvette Mods for years. I have always had good service and quick delivery. I bought a hood from them in February 15, 2022. They were running a special that involved free shipping. I paid for the hood, read the invoice, and there was $0 for shipping and no mention of shipping being charged later. They also said the hood was in stock and ready to ship. This is long, but worth the read. If I could have given less than one star I would have. Corvette Mods falsely advertised a Painless Performance wiring harness to fit a 1990 -1992 Corvette at a cost of $499.99. Upon receipt of the harness I noticed the ECU connections were not compatible with my car's ECU. Complete scam business with 0 customer service. BUYER BEWARE!! I received a broken item from them, after paying for return shipping myself they only provided a partial refund, citing shipping charges and a re-stocking fee. They are complete crooks, stay away!
Ordered the custom black corvette emblems for c6. Adhesive did not work had to go out and buy my own. I let their team know about the product defect of how the adhesive peeled off with time and they said it wasn’t their problem. Then the white accents faded to orange and now it’s black and orange and looks terrible do not purchase from them. Waste of $100 for emblems will just have to buy different emblems from a different vendor, very disappointing.
PLEASE do yourself a favor and dont order from this company! Their customer service is an absolute JOKE! I placed an order on March 17th and even though they said they shipped the items, I havent received them 44 days later! They gave me a USPS tracking number which does not give any indications as to locating the shipment and Corvettemods refuses to help me. DONT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR!!
About 558 one stare reviews out of 871 reviews on their web page. Beware of Corvette Mods. Check all the other reviews sites and they rate just as bad. Even have a facebook page to not buy from them. They post an incorrect rating.
DO Not Buy anything frome these guys. Earlier this year I ordered a Radar dector detector from Corvette Mods after 4 months and several calls with emails they never responded until I filed a complaint with paypal. Only the did they reply with a nasty message. Paypal rejected my claim because the sent a tracking#. Upon investigation I found these guys sent it to the wrong address. Called PayPal and they refunded my money. I am very unhappy with Corvette Mods. They do not return phone calls or emails.
Bought tray organizer (I.D. 11768) advertised as heavy duty and fits right behind cockpit. It's neither. Horrible customer service, can't get someone on the phone, no offer to pay for return shipping for a dissatisfied customer, and high shipping costs. 1 star is being generous. I will never buy another product from Corvette Mods. (AB448891)
