I have had nothing but trouble with this company. Once they have your credit card number on file the like to put bogus charges on you card.
I ordered a LED light kit for the engine bay of my 2022 corvette. After installing the lights they WOULD NOT WORK. I tried working with this company but they would not take a return or swap out the remote....so I'm stuck with a light kit that doesn't work. I would refrain from using this company!!!
Purchased some decals for $40 and the decals are literally stickers printed on an ink jet printer. The Corvette forums have nothing good to say about Corvette Mods, and they are accurate.
In ordering parts for my c7, i found the products were reasonably priced, for a corvette, and i always could reach a friendly helpful rep. i had high ratings for them UNTIL IT HAPPENED! my purchase of front fender extensions, painted metallic to match the other options on the car, came with cracked paint!.! but thats not the issue. things happen! so i called and was directed to fill out form on web site along with pics . once this info was received, they would approve or deny the claim. the claim was approved and the... read more
Very unhappy that you can’t talk to anybody regarding your order, only by email 😢.
Less than 1 Star; I bought speakers from them and received an old, battered, obviously sent and returned to others many times, box. There were water stains on the battered box and the speakers were badly damaged. Corvette Mods would not cover return shipping and after I shipped them back they wouldn't refund the purchase charges. The best they did was offer an in store credit without the shipping charges. I didn't need anything else and wouldn't trust them anyways. Bottom line I was charged for something I didn't get. Don’t give this place your business! Horrible customer service. They don’t answer any phone calls and emails are very rude and unprofessional.
I am still fighting them myself and plan on filling criminal charges against them. They shipped me a $250 part and refused to send me a tracking number. I called them and emailed them and no response. They kept saying I had to leave a voice message and somebody will call me back. Being that I do not know the carrier nor tracking number, I decided to call my back to get a refund.
