I ordered a part and then called within 2 hours to cancel using the phone number to ensure that I got the order canceled. unfortunately I thought they would do as asked and did not get his name. He said he would take care of it and that if for some reason it shipped I could send in back for either a store credit or refund minus the charge for return. I've read the reviews before I'd made my purchase I still have received my package yet it's been over a month now
Ordered a Z06 Emblem for my 19 Z06 and paid the exorbitant shipping fee of $8 for an emblem on 8/22/20 and it is now 9/1/2020 and it is still in the shipping state of Texas. Will dispute the charge on this purchase as my reasonable expectations were not met.
Injectors came in and where in great condition but when trying to get tech support to find out parameters for a tuning application as soon as someone would answer they would hang up
I ordered some side bike covers for my Corvette and after several weeks waiting for them a shipping company reached out to me asking for additional money. I said I no longer one of them and expected a full refund. I noticed on my PayPal account I only got a partial refund and opened up a dispute. Corvette mods claim that there is a restocking fee. Terrible customer service. Took over 2 weeks to put a decal in the mail and send it to Georgia. Charged 7.99 for a 4 gm item. Pathetic.
Horrible customer service. Sent defective part and won’t allow a return because I installed it past just past 30 days from order date. It did not even get one use. Master cylinder would not pump fluid out on front ports. Buyer beware. I should have listened to the negative reviews.
I ordered these headlights to replace my burned out halogens. The items that were sent to me can only be described as garbage. The "projector" is haphazardly installed into a regular reflector housing, with screws that are not sealed, and one of the supports was completely twisted. I was told that no refund could be given to me because it passed the time window, even though it only took so long because of covid. I would give this zero stars if I could. My painted trim piece arrived with cracked paint. In returning the damaged item, caused by no fault of mine or from shipping, i was NOT reimbursed the return shipping! In many emails. I was told that corvette mods does not pay for return shipping.. NO MATTER WHAT!! So if they mess up your order or send a bad part...YOU havr to pay to return it!! Its cost me $60, that im still trying to get back. the website talks about return shipping, but not if THEY mess up!!
