Terrible customer service. Took over 2 weeks to put a decal in the mail and send it to Georgia. Charged 7.99 for a 4 gm item. Pathetic.
Horrible customer service. Sent defective part and won’t allow a return because I installed it past just past 30 days from order date. It did not even get one use. Master cylinder would not pump fluid out on front ports. Buyer beware. I should have listened to the negative reviews.
I ordered these headlights to replace my burned out halogens. The items that were sent to me can only be described as garbage. The "projector" is haphazardly installed into a regular reflector housing, with screws that are not sealed, and one of the supports was completely twisted. I was told that no refund could be given to me because it passed the time window, even though it only took so long because of covid. I would give this zero stars if I could. Never buying from here again. -Ryan
My painted trim piece arrived with cracked paint. In returning the damaged item, caused by no fault of mine or from shipping, i was NOT reimbursed the return shipping! In many emails. I was told that corvette mods does not pay for return shipping.. NO MATTER WHAT!! So if they mess up your order or send a bad part...YOU havr to pay to return it!! Its cost me $60, that im still trying to get back. the website talks about return shipping, but not if THEY mess up!!
bought an rear trim set & the rear plate actually warped and melted, the oringinal had been in there since 1989 & I cracked it so i replaced it a year ago. i really didn't pay attention to it because i rarely open the rear hatch but when i did the other day i couldnt believe it, the materials they used, obviously, were of such low quality & not up to standards, how many dashes or trim pieces does anyone EVER see warped and melted from the sun.
Save yourself time and money, go to Corvette Central. Got hosed on a item they had on their website that was incorrectly listed. The salemans (joe) admitted it. Lost about $200 dealing with these jokers. Dave parts manager @ Classic Car Studio
Sold me and exhaust kit that was listed incorrectly on their site, salesperson (Joe) admitted it too. IWe paid to ship it back (which was a pain due to out sourced call service staff) lost on shipping both ways and they took a restocking fee even though it was their fault not to mention had to call multiple times to get refund put back on my card. I have been trying to get in contact with someone for almost a week now to get refund on my order because I ordered a dash cluster but instead they sent me a dash cluster upgrade kit. I have called and emailed them ALOT but no response. I'm really upset about what they sent me. I really don't think 4 bulbs and 4 sockets are worth $155.00. I really need my money back
