Save yourself time and money, go to Corvette Central. Got hosed on a item they had on their website that was incorrectly listed. The salemans (joe) admitted it. Lost about $200 dealing with these jokers. Dave parts manager @ Classic Car Studio
Sold me and exhaust kit that was listed incorrectly on their site, salesperson (Joe) admitted it too. IWe paid to ship it back (which was a pain due to out sourced call service staff) lost on shipping both ways and they took a restocking fee even though it was their fault not to mention had to call multiple times to get refund put back on my card. I have been trying to get in contact with someone for almost a week now to get refund on my order because I ordered a dash cluster but instead they sent me a dash cluster upgrade kit. I have called and emailed them ALOT but no response. I'm really upset about what they sent me. I really don't think 4 bulbs and 4 sockets are worth $155.00. I really need my money back
Night mare extra charges two months after purchase. Shop at ecklers.
Corvette mods , Charged my credit card an extra $635 two months after my order was completed because they thought I received the wrong order. What terrible customer service. Buyer beware . There are to many other companies offering the same products don't shop here.
No idea how they have a good review on here. I'm sure their employees anf family make up 95% of reviews. Refunds Dept is an absolute nightmare. They email only and will take your money and run. If you need to return a part, you are screwed.
Buyers Beware, these folks sold me a defective Throttle Body. They hide behind emails and refuse a return or replacement. Who sells a defective part and then says because it's opened or installed- too bad? NOT The kind of Company I recommend to deal with. Buyer beware! If corvette mods shipped you the wrong part, you are gonna have HELL trying to get ahold of customer service! It took months to resolve my issues! They hope you just “go away”! They block your calls, never call back as promised, make YOU do all the work to open up a return claim! And if THEY send you the wrong the part they want YOU to PAY for return shipping! Never again will I deal with these people! NEVER EVER!
Can't really rate the product because I am waiting delivery. The web site was easy to use and the order was processed in a timely manner, a follow up call to sales was met by a very kind and helpful rep but I still do not have answers about the shipping of my order. Placed and order 7/14/20, a tracking number was supplied on 7/17 but never scanned, no record of ever being picked up.
