I have been trying to get in contact with someone for almost a week now to get refund on my order because I ordered a dash cluster but instead they sent me a dash cluster upgrade kit. I have called and emailed them ALOT but no response. I'm really upset about what they sent me. I really don't think 4 bulbs and 4 sockets are worth $155.00. I really need my money back

Corvette mods , Charged my credit card an extra $635 two months after my order was completed because they thought I received the wrong order. What terrible customer service. Buyer beware . There are to many other companies offering the same products don't shop here.
No idea how they have a good review on here. I'm sure their employees anf family make up 95% of reviews. Refunds Dept is an absolute nightmare. They email only and will take your money and run. If you need to return a part, you are screwed.
Buyers Beware, these folks sold me a defective Throttle Body. They hide behind emails and refuse a return or replacement. Who sells a defective part and then says because it's opened or installed- too bad? NOT The kind of Company I recommend to deal with. Buyer beware! If corvette mods shipped you the wrong part, you are gonna have HELL trying to get ahold of customer service! It took months to resolve my issues! They hope you just “go away”! They block your calls, never call back as promised, make YOU do all the work to open up a return claim! And if THEY send you the wrong the part they want YOU to PAY for return shipping! Never again will I deal with these people! NEVER EVER!
Can't really rate the product because I am waiting delivery. The web site was easy to use and the order was processed in a timely manner, a follow up call to sales was met by a very kind and helpful rep but I still do not have answers about the shipping of my order. Placed and order 7/14/20, a tracking number was supplied on 7/17 but never scanned, no record of ever being picked up. This company has poor customer service reps & skills. I was promised/guaranteed that my order would ship the same day & be delivered by a certain date. After never receiving a tracking number I kept calling & being told a different story every time I called. A made-up email was sent with some of my order shipped; but when I spoke with Lisa, she stated that what I saw hasn't shipped, something else shipped. Nothing was accurate or the same. I ordered the front splitter spoiler for my 2010, C6 Base. When painted and installed by body shop splitter was too short on both ends. About 4" from end of splitter to front of wheel well on both sides. All total out of over $700.00 and loss of use of auto for 4 days to correct problem.
