This company has poor customer service reps & skills. I was promised/guaranteed that my order would ship the same day & be delivered by a certain date. After never receiving a tracking number I kept calling & being told a different story every time I called. I ordered the front splitter spoiler for my 2010, C6 Base. When painted and installed by body shop splitter was too short on both ends. About 4" from end of splitter to front of wheel well on both sides. All total out of over $700.00 and loss of use of auto for 4 days to correct problem.
I ordered a top for a c6 corvette for $1,300 May 1st, it’s July and I’m still waiting 😤
terrible communication, even worse customer service, then the topper is they send parts that will not fit without major modifications. Avoid them and their lights..
This company Is a joke listen to me do not order from them. First off your order will take anywhere from 10 to 30 business days. If you try to call them no one will answer your wait on hold for 17 minutes until basically the phone goes dead. Go anywhere else for your Corvette stuff. This place is a comical joke!!!!!!!!
Absolutely the worst company to deal with. All 3 items were either no good or not what ordered. Customer service is non existent, either by phone or e mail. Once you order something you are on your own. We have been dealing with this for 3 weeks. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere.
Product came in bad condition as box was crushed. Also, decal was wrinkled. Really not worth the money. Extremely unhappy 😞
Purchased a defective part and asked to exchange it. I jumped through all their hoops and sent it back. Never received a replacement, so I contacted them, only to hear that I was issued store credit. I had already paid shipping to receive the item originally, then shipping to send it back, and now they want me to pay shipping AGAIN for a part that didn't work properly in the first place. AFTER 5 PH CALLS AND 5 WEEKS I FINALLY RECIEVED MY C7 MANUEL SHIFT KNOB IT DOES NOT FIT MACHINED BOOT SLOTS ARE NOT WIDE OR DEEP ENOUGH TO INSTALL FACTORY BOOT HAD TO DIE GRIND SLOTS WIDER AND DEEPER TO GET BOOT ON KNOB AND THEN FOUND OUT THE RING ON THE KNOB TO FASTEN BOOT IS SMALLER THAN FACTORY KNOB AND WILL NOT HOLD BOOT IN PLACE TOOK KNOB OFF AND THRU MY $88.98 CORVETTE MODS IN GARBAGE CAN VERY VERY POOR SERVICE AND QUALITY !!
