I purchased a set of custom painted eyelid covers. In less than a year I noticed the paint color beginning to bubble off of the eyelid under the clearcoat. After contacting customer service I was told because it was over 45 days they couldn’t help me. Very dissatisfied in the fact that they wouldn’t do anything for me in this instance.
I cannot imagine how this company managed to get this high of reviews after buying several items... I have given up on their customer service.. they are a bunch of idiots!!! DO NOT GO IN THERE!
Horrible customer service. Tried to return an unopened Item since i realized I ordered the wrong thing. No one will talk about the return process or answer questions about status of return process. They insist all be done by email and only reply about once a week on average. 3 months later I'm getting close to a refund but have to give a 25% re-stocking fee. Never again.
I would not recommend Corvette Mods for purchase. I ordered a luggage rack for a 1971 corvette and got a late 70's model. I tried to return/exchange after Covid shutdown and the would not exchange due to exchange return policy time limit. All major companies have revised their exchange policies due to covid but NOT CORVETTE MODS. I will never support their business again and SHAM, SHAM on them. Signed: Out $268 bucks
I ordered a part that was “in stock” almost a month ago. After reaching out numerous times and receiving no reply, I cancelled my order. The company acknowledged my cancellation almost immediately. Four days later, I got an email from them stating that my item was ready to be shipped and I would be receiving tracking information within the next 24 hours. I'd give them zero stars if I could, ordered parts customer service told me i'd get an update and never responded..
Ordered two items. A month went by with no updates on shipping. I emailed them 4 times and got no replies, I called the company, someone answered and said "let me bring up my screen" then hung up on me. When I emailed them again requesting they cancel my orders they told me there would be a 25 % re-stocking fee. I would not recommend doing business with these people
Went on line ordered a spoiler, said was available. To me available means you have it. But i guess i was wrong. To them available means they can get it at some point in time. So this spoiler i am waiting on is now in production for 3 to 4 weeks. No ETA. If i would have known it would take 3 to 4 weeks i would have ordered it from someone that had it on hand. Order from Any other online supplier but this company. They refused to replace a 20 cent melted lens because it was outside their short notification window. Also Customer Service told me what to do to get the lens replaced. Only to have Lisa one of their Rocket Scientists hide behind policy. No words other than use another.
