I received the FX Pro thru a third party vendor on amazon , the USB port was defective ! You did a outstanding job of helping me by replacing the projector !! And in time for Halloween with the grandkids !!
My wife purchased a total home 500 projector. When setting up the directions explained setting up for vertical which we needed. However, I couldn't access the process. I emailed your sire and Aaron responded back. He was quick to help and assisted with accessing the vertical files even though our model didn't come with them. when I had difficulty downloading, he reexplained and helped me once again. A day before our annual Halloween party we were getting everything checked out and we were unable to open the Halloween folder on our Window FX. I went online and filled out a Help questionnaire not expecting much and certainly not in time for our party. I received a huge surprise when customer care emailed me with instructions and a link to take care of our problem and we were able to use our projector for the party which was a big hit. Zombie Invasion is our favorite.
I bought the Window FX at Home Depot at the end of last season and went to use it for the first time only to find that there was no screen and the USB was blank. I called and your team took care of it with no question. Thanks for the great customer service. Its much appreciated.
Perfect response and right answer first time. Very very helpful and I am so grateful you didnt make me run through 100 hoops to prove my USB stick was corrupted. I can now use the files again in my projector.
