My WindowFX wouldn't play the SD card showing an indication of "no device". I sent an email via the website. Got a quick response with a question for more info, I provided it, got another quick response for an easy solution. It worked and we have our fun Christmas window back. I expected given the problem to have to return the projector and get a refund. Between my testing and Kathryn's support we had the projector behaving normally again.
