Kathryne was amazing in helping me access files preloaded on the projector to move them to a usb making managing video files much easier. She responded to my original email very quickly and the suggested resolution was taken care of within a day. This level of customer service is rare these days but the Total HomeFX team are doing it right!
Had a problem with the FX Pro, and sent an enquiry. Got a response within hours, and problem was resolved completely within 24 hours. Fantastic customer service.
When my USB became damaged I request another vopy of the preload files be sent. I was contacted quickly and received a link to down load. Quick, efficient and friendly!

We purchased the Home FX Holiday Projector from Menard's. After putting it together, we found there were no preloads. Went to your site and found there was supposed to be a thumb drive included. I called the company(also submitted a ticket the night of purchase) the next day and spoke with Aaron and he was VERY helpful. Thank you, Aaron! Very helpful. The windowfx I purchased was missing the default media files (likely due to a a bumped internal SD card). The customer support people immediately set me up with a download link to put the files on a USB drive. Back up and running. My son is happy.
