Ryan, was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle I was buying. He was polite and never made me feel rushed when he was going over the car's functions with me. When I came to pick the vehicle up, he had it gassed, washed, and he went the extra mile by fastening both rubber matts to the back of the seats because he knew that's the way I intended to use them. I plan to recommend him to anyone looking for a positive Ford buying experience.

Dealership is very clean and well kept, was constantly offered water and coffee to make me feel more comfortable. I had a 2 month old baby and we didn’t get a second glance when my girl had to breastfeed, change, or soothe the baby. Over all great and respectable people work at towneast ford.
