I love my Platinum Ford Explorer. Our sales guy was great. The only suggestion I would recommend is LESS HAGGLING. Put your best foot forward (offer) and shorten the time spent trying to come to terms. The amount of time spent at the dealership to come to terms was too long. We still left very satisfied and that is what matters. Overall, we really dealt with great people and I definitely would be a repeat customer.
