I had to wait 7 working days for a diagnostic test. Ridiculous they are that backed up
It tooks almost 3 hours for a scheduled oil change! !!!! Don't think I need to say more?
Great job by Erica! However. I was there for a recall. I received an unrequested full inspection of my car which resulted in a text requesting approval to perform several hundred (maybe thousands) dollars worth of suggested service work. That is why I don't trust dealer service departments and recalls
Technician left a part of another same model vehicle inside my vehicle. On top of the dash board. That is a no no no. It creates lack of trust.
The issue with my car was not fixed. The car was not even driven when I said the problem happened when I drove the car.
I had a horrible experience with my advisor Alberto Vazquez. On two occasions did he not mean what he said. When we first brought in my ford truck he stated it would only take no more than two days to do a diagnostic, which ended up taking a whole week just to do that. Secondly when I brought it back for the repair, he stated I would be have it back that same day since it was a simple one day repair. Do not buy any used vehicle from here. They will know something is wrong with it to you around until your warranty runs out and then say it’s your fault wear and tear and will not fix a xxxx thing.
