Paid over $2000 for brakes and electrical. Returned 5 times for brake rework-still not fixed. Electrical was incomprehensible. They owe me a refund-with no response. Their phone number is good at calling and all you hear is music. They call you and put you on hold, then the music stops and the call ends. Nice trick to cover their xxx to say they contacted you. I Purchased a new car I noticed some things that needed to be addressed such as: First I took off from early for two days I was told my vehicle had a recall so I made arrangement to get a rental which was false, sunroof had greasy marks on it. They have my car going on 4 weeks now. They keep pushing my "done" day back every week but won't tell me until the day I was supposed to be able to pick it up. I declined a $1,600 service with them during the second week when my car was supposed to be ready the following Monday. Does not live up to delivery promise Left vehicle on Friday. Service promised response on Monday. Got call on Monday wanting me to purchase new vehicle. Delivery now promised later in week.

This service center is a ponzi scheme. Diagnostic fee was $99 over the phone and $149 at the dealer. It was over $600 to replace 6 spark plugs?! I'm in the wrong business.
Service department blow off Bought a Ford Expedition in Sept of 2017 from Town East Ford in Mesquite, Texas. Currently has 24,445 miles on it and a tire blew on the freeway. These Good Year tires have a 60,000 mile warranty. When I called the service department, they said I would have to contact Good Year for any help. The honest thing to do would be to prorate my tire and sell me a new one. That is why I hate doing business with dealerships.
Ford's crap Ok my transmission in my Ford Focus as Ford has acknowledge it their fault started slipping so I bring it here where I bought it.. So hey tell me it could be up to 14 days before they maybe able to diagnose the problem. So here I am no car to drive and they don't care about me Walking.
