My daughters 2019 Ford Fusion wouldn’t start. She thought it was the key fob, She only had one because the first on had already failed. She ordered a battery but that did not fix the problem. I called TEF because they had sold me a “Platinum” bumper to bumper extended warranty. They arranged a tow and three days later told me they needed to replace the two key fobs. NO GOOD! Service center gives me the run around. Takes all day to get to the right person by phone or email. I gave up trying. And their hold music is very annoying!
Terrible service. This place it’s a nightmare. We called to make an appointment to get my GPS some part to changed. They told us that our agent quieted and that’s why we haven’t received any calls from them but the part was already there. This was Friday July 8th/22. We set an appointment for today July 12/22. They said we aren’t in the system and they haven’t recalled any notes or appointments for us. They won’t even look at my car to fix my car! Do not go there!
Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Throttle body went out... Again. Mind you, they had already replaced the throttle body twice in two years and both times it failed in less than 12 months. Okay, so guess what. Another failure. But, I'm a decent guy, so I call them and give them another chance. Figuring the third time's the charm right? Absolutely the worst experience with a service department in my life. Communication as completely non existent. They’ve had my vehicle for almost 3 months and have only contacted me twice. All other calls have came from me on multiple occasions with me leaving voice messages to never receive a call back. Avoid this Ford service center at all costs

I bought a truck here a while back and its been MONTHS and I still havent recieved my tags, so I went back up there and they literally told me that I had to go to the DMV and BUY myself a new paper tag for THEIR mess up. Worst car buying experience of my life. We agreed on a deal, they told me that I was going to leave with a new truck and then came back with a 15k up-charge because “ it’s hard to find this truck”. Website price was 68390.00 and when it was all over they tried to charge me 83,300.00. They had every opportunity to tell me the real cost price before I took the day off work and spent 4hrs there to find out there was a 15k up-charge. Snake in the grass doesn't even begin to describe these crooks.
