The service guys are good. I have a problem with the service manager. I had been telling them there was an issue with the truck and had to pay for my own diagnostic to find out the dealership did not put on the oil filter correctly when they changed my oil several months back. The service manager then proceeded to tell me he noticed a “drag” in the truck when he drove it, but said I had to wait 7-10 days for a diagnostic to figure out the issue. Went in for a simple oil change and tire ration since it was included in my used vehicle purchase. They then tried to sell me on over $2k of “needed” recommended stuff like injector cleaning but the worst was they said I needed a new set of 4 tires. They said they were measured at 4/32 inches. The next morning I went to my truck and one of my tires was flat so I took it to a tire store to have the flat repaired and asked about the tread wear. They didn't treat me like the good customer I've been for several years. Car in there for over 2 weeks. Didn't wash or take paper out when returned.
took 3 hours to purchase my lease end truck. 2 hours for service center. way too much time.
I made an appointment for my car to be seen on a Monday. I didn't receive a diagnosis on the problem until Wednesday. My car was not completed until the next Tuesday. The service is slow! I'm don't completely trust the technicians and what their diagnosis is. My car was there just a month before a similar problem happened. This should have been detected. I feel like they try to nickel and dime you . I have an extended warranty but I was still out of pocket over $200 both times. I have no plans on returning
Not sure about this dealer Town East ford when I bought my F150 from there I was told and have the paperwork showing that my first two oil changes where included with my purchase, within two years of purchase or 24,000 miles mileage was 20786 and I bought this vehicle in 8/22 I was within the time and mileage limits and you charge me $78.53, told Mr Blume that I had the paperwork, but he didn’t what to see it said he could look it up in your system, i didn’t want to get into with him, I should have not been charged for this ... read more
Over 2hr wait for oil change and tire rotation when quoted 1 - 1.5 hrs. Also my oil filter is leaking so unfortunately I will have to return due to workmanship.
My light came back on within 5 minutes of picking up my car. Vehicle was not repaired.
I made an appointment at Town East Ford Service with Dave to fix a leak in my sunroof. He said it would be three days before they could diagnose the problem. His guess was that the sunroof seal needed to be replaced. Three days was a long time to wait just for the diagnosis, but I decided to do it because Town East Ford Service is closest to my home.
