About average An average service experience. About two and a half hours for an oil change and tire rotation and to look at a recalled brake actuator (nothing to repair). I did make an appointment, but was told that appointments are meaningless - you will be taken in the order of arrival regardless of any appointment. At the two hour fifteen minute mark the service tech told me, “You’re almost done.” The waiting area is pretty minimalist - some popcorn and vending machines. Oil change and 2 manufacturer recolls Service is good, it could improve. Some of the guys at the front desk need to be more friendly and/or welcoming . But, overall, they are ok, they are just doing their job.

2017 Nissan Titan service Took my truck in for a re-program of ECM and TCM. They were very good at keeping me informed of both the diagnosis and when it got fixed. Working with Anthony Santosco was EXCELLENT!! His customer service skills are exceptional. Town North Nissan is definitely where I will take all future repairs.

Always perfect Town North Nissan always does a great job on both of our Nissan vehicles, we have had eight or nine. We've never had a problem the service department. The car is always ready on time and always returned clean on the inside. We would not take our Nissans anywhere else.
