Nissan are very courteous and are helpful with the repairs They explain the repairs fully and make sure the customer understand what the repairs are. They tell the customers upfront their cost and allow for the customer to know what they will need and how long the repairs will be done. The srevice and customer lounge are immaculate. I always bring my car for repairs. because they knowcwha they are doing.

I’ve taken car in twice so far for oil change and tire rotation. They are quick, efficient and explain everything. I truly love my Nissan and plan to always take it to dealer for maintenance.
Treat their customers correctly when they are trying to return a lease. Threatening to tow a customer's car is inconceivable. Round Rock Nissan took back the car in 10 minutes.
Where bad customer service at service department .
My wife and I bought a Rogue from Town North Nissan and was very pleased with our Sales Person Jasmine! She gave us a great deal and was a pleasure to work with. Jasmine followed up on with us after the sale, Town North Nissan is lucky to have Jasmine on their team!!!
