RecommendedI bought my Versa in 2016 from a different dealership (non-Nissan) and decided to check out Town North Nissan’s Service department. I haven’t been disappointed. They have specials every month for customer appreciation days as well as various coupons that they send in the mail or through email. I have always received quality customer service from my Service Advisor, Jose G. I highly recommend TNN and when you go there, request Jose G.

I have never used the dealer for service but thought I would give it a try as the oil change was such a good deal. That was almost 2 years ago and I keep going back because the service has always been extremely good! I had a new Service Advisor today Christy Foust!! Nice to see a little gal in a atypical job. She gave me a very curtious visit, offered me some additional items but no hard selling and educated me a bit on tires. I will keep going back. I have used this dealership for past 3 years, I have received excellent service from very competent staff. I also love my Nissan Rogue, no problems, just regular maintenance, great experience. Especially like Issac and Jose, always friendly and get the job done quickly!
