Almost all was great, including Mia my service rep who was awesome! Sadly the ‘included’ car cleaning service that was to be provided was sub par at best. The inside of the car was NOT clean or vacuumed as was stated, both in writing and confirmed verbally by service rep. :-(
When I purchased my vehicle we had to endure the rip off technic that most sleazy car salesman do. We were promised a newer model and got the prior year. After 5 hours we were through and took the Carr but should have left
Toyota in Deerfield took 3 hours 20 minutos to change the car oil. That is not right. They didn't wash it and said they did. Not right either. Other than that was ok.

'Dealership Negligence: Warning! I brought my car to here to address a check engine light issue. They claimed everything was fine, but the light came back on the next day and along with additional warnings on the panel. I decided to go to another dealership for a second opinion and they discovered a serious water pump problem that could have wrecked my engine. I have had work done at this dealership a few times with no significant issues other that refusal to wash car do to exterior equipment on vehicle. This is no big issue however on my last visit I came in for the tire psi monitoring system that was not reading tire pressure. Basically I had a five wheel rotation done and realized that the spare does not have one of these sensors on it so the system won’t read the spare and the system will not work unless it has data from all four wheels. I went to the dealer for oil change and tire rotation did to 3 1/2 hours plus I find out they never rotate my tires. I'm very disappointing with the dealer I'm not going back the service is very poor.
