This dealership will treat you extremely well as long as they are making money off you, as soon as that ends expect to be stepped on like a bug. Initially all services on my car went well- nothing major needed to be done (all just routine maintenance) but all had a fee associated with them. Their fees are higher than if I went to a repair shop (as opposed to a dealer), but their service was good so I just bit the bullet. Had a great experience with Scotty the prior sales manager a few years ago. Unfortunately, Scotty, Bonnie and ALL of the trustworthy staff are gone and now the place is just left with the standard liars and bait and switchers. Wasted a month of my time jerking me around for nothing, plus I knew more about the cars than they did. Don't waste your time!
Bought a new car from this dealership and trusted them to change the trim. Their employee Chris ordered the wrong type of kit and had it installed at a 3rd party location. Bottom line rather than the molded kit that covers the trim they ordered and installed a flat kit that partially covers some of the existing trim. I asked for photos of what it would look like before and this was not given to me. Bottom line their fix is to refund $500 and i am expected to just say oh well it's fine. People sound very friendly, until the point that they manage to sell you a car. After that point, they desert you and it takes a while to come out. I had several problems with the car. When i was calling several people in the customer service, nobody would ever pick up the phone and no one would return my calls. Every time, i had to drive there and then, they had to talk to me. I went in to trade my car. I spoke to Talbot Summers (the internet manager i believe) and he gave me a general ballpark number of how much I will be looking to pay for my car. So I drove 45 min to go there expecting the deal to go through. The salesman came back to me with DOUBLE the amount I was told over the phone. And when I said why they lied to me about it, they basically told me that I was lying and I had said something else over the phone. All promises with nothing but lies! Worst everything you want at a dealership. I used to love toyotas. After my experience with Bonnie shafer, I ended up selling my Toyota Camry and went to a ford dealership, traded it in and got a new ford F-150. Love and and will never look back! Thanks Bonnie!
They sold me a vehicle that had been in an accident and I was denied a CARFAX, later i was provided one and then informed that my car had in fact been involved in an accident. I am now being told that the car has AFTER MARKET parts that are not covered under my warranty! The dealer wants me to pay for the repairs of the AC, parts that should be covered by warranty if the vehicle had not been damaged! I would NEVER do business or recommend this dealership to anyone. I purchased a 2010 Toyota Corolla from two very nice salesmen by the name of Brian and Cedric. Great men! The car was purchased in cash for a ok price and they also honored my Carfax trade in value for $1200, which was good. I left the dealership satisfied. Bought a used truck "as is" but was never disclosed that it had a blown engine (oil leaking into the engine). When I got home to Palm Beach Gardens and checked the oil it was down to 5 quarts - added 1 quart and truck started smoking. took it to a mechanic and repairs were estimated at $2200.
