Had a blow out on my new Toyota Sienna van. That is only 3 weeks old and only has 1900 miles on it. I called service department and talked to Kara she told me the tire is not under warranty and nothing she could do to help and I would have to buy a new tire. She suggested I call some warranty co to see if it was covered by Toyota? Called warranty co and they said I would have to call dealer, it was a dealer issue. Found a truck on their website for $46,000 Called to make sure it was available and confirm the price drive one and a half hour got there went and look at the truck I really like it so I decide to take it for a test drive only to be told the price that was on the website was not the real price it was $60,000... very deceiving pricing don't fall for it or waste your time like I did

Wow how does it take 1hr45 minutes for an oil change when you were the first one here @7:15 Always been like this no matter what day or time you are here, good people but gosh this pain staking.....

I have been looking for a truck for several weeks now. I saw a truck that I liked online at Deerfield Toyota, I was contacted by a salesman to discuss the vehicle. The salesman started off by telling the MSRP of this specific truck I inquired about, however the price online was 45K and went to 59K .When I asked about the truck I saw online I was told that it doesn't exist. I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle with undisclosed damage to the suspension. I'm sure it will be a nightmare trying to get it sorted out. Beware of CPO at this dealership.

Service department is a huge waste of time. Apparently you have to tell them more than 3 times the correct number to call you back. Service rep kept calling the wrong number back after I told him in person and watched him circle the correct number. I told the service manager and she did absolutely nothing to correct the situation and didn't even seem to care. I think next time I'll try a different dealership for my service.

Wrong suggestions for expensive repairs, Verify all the repair suggestions with an independent Toyota certified mechanic and only one suggestion of repair was real, leakage on the valve cover. They suggested thousands of dollars for repair. They have a predatorial sales practice. No print out of the diagnostics or the official price list. Only a manual estimated was presented.
