Rude service! If I could return my Rav4 I would! I wish I could rate this zero stars and if I could return my Rav4 I would not because of the quality of the car, but simply because of the rude service. You don't deserve my business! Very Unimpressed - Worst Car Buying Experience I recently bought a used car from Toyota Scion of GR. Newer vehicle, but not a Toyota or Scion product. Sales person seemed moderately knowledgeable about the vehicle and didn't push me onto another vehicle because I was interested in this one car I saw online. Do not go here for sevice on your vehicle. A one hour job on my vehicle took 4 hours. I would not take my vehicle to this dealer again nor would i buy a vehicle from them. When the job was done the attendent said there's your truck out front have a nice day. Well they ruined my day. I will also give this information to Toyoa Company.
Purchased 4 from this dealer, would not use again The salesman was very unprofessional and the only thing that saved the purchase was the manager that answered our answers completely and respectfully. The other person that was great was the financial person that explained the piles of paperwork very thoroughly. We have purchased 3 others cars from this dealership and after this very unprofessional experience we would not return nor recommend them. I can not say enough about how awful the sales person was! customer review Very Good, quality service and facility.Buying needs big help. e.g. I had always serviced my Toyotas at your dealership in last 20 years but had bought Toyotas somewhere else after trying this dealership except 2 times. The reasons, sales people are NOT good, they treated me as uneducated consumer, trying to take advantage. Consumer feedback like these reviews will help the dealership to be successful, as your customer, I want you to be successful but don't want to be ripped off by sales staff.
Better than the other Toyota Dealer in GR I traded my camry hybrid for a prius persona at Toyota of GR, however, I first took my trade to the other Toyota dealer in GR but they did not offer enough for trade nor did they deal with the prius...Toyota of GR was right with their offer. The Toyota of GR experience was good enough that I now drive across town (20 minutes) to get my prius needs met, which are few, but the other Toyota dealer is just down the road from my house. Thanks for a great experience.
Inaccurate website I wanted to purchase a new 2012 Rav 4 4 x 4. The website had 3 limited's listed (all as being new). When I heard from the dealership, all they had was a demo with a couple thousand miles on it. They might take $800 off the price if I was interested. Later at another dealership, they were able to find a "new" 2012 at Toyota of Grand Rapids!!?? Whose zooming who? Whatever, I found the Toyota I was looking for at a downstate dealership.....

leave some things to be desired I purchased a vehicle from Toyota of Grand Rapids and was rather dissatisfied with the after the sale process as well as some of the things that immediately went wrong with the car. Very eager to make the sale but the follow through on the order was quite poor. Overall Unpleasant Experience I began the process by contacting one of their salesmen, Al, via the internet. His emails were usually short and usually ended with me being prompted to come into the store. I explained I was from out of town and that I needed to have an idea they could come close to the trade-in for my vehicle (very reasonable, well below book value) before I made the drive.
