Not a good experience I normally don’t write reviews . I never had a good experience at this dealership From trying to buy a new car to repairs Look like I’m not the only one .

Not worth your time Had a truck on their site that I wanted to see. Drove over an hour for an appointment with Mr Butz. He ended up being to busy for me. Then they showed me a truck with damage because the one I inquired about wasn't even on the lot. Waste of time!!

Buyer Beware Buyer beware: we've had multiple problems with this place. Wife took her car in to do a tire rotation and oil change. They charged her for it but did none of the work. I know because I checked the oil dipstick at home oil was dark brown with a strong burnt gasoline smell. Tire pressure light still on. We marked the tires they did not rotate them. Brought it back to the Dealer and they did the work in front of us. Cartridge oil filter had the color of charcoal. I asked for A/C recharge another time. They pulled m... read more

Cheating Dealership -------------Cheating---------------Cheating------------Cheating------------ BE AWARE---- The used car manager is cheating with his customers. I had 15 email correspondences with the dealership. The accord 2014 Sports my offer was 12,000.Sales guy Kevin offered me 13000. Later on called them to negotiate a little bit more, talked to the manger name Kyle he has told me I can't do less than 13,000. A bit pushy I simply looked up a car online that matched their inventory and while i can appreciate them trying to get my business after multiple emails and 2 phone calls to my home that only seemed to be goating me into going to their business I decided to go elsewhere. If they were already this upfront after an online search I'd hate to see what it's like actually going there.

Bait and Switch I was very disappointed with GR Toyota. I found a car on their web site and they didn't have it anymore and it continued to be on their site. Then they sent a link to another one that they thought I might like. I drove over 45 minutes to go see the car and lo and behold, "it just sold". The third car that interested me was $2000.00 OVER Kelly Blue book and they negotiated down -$600.oo. What a joke, very insulting. They sneak damaged. They do not report damage to their cars to you. Found both a dent and cigarette burn marks without them being forward about it. I called to address the burned upholstery and was basically told I drove off the lot and it wast issue to deal with. This was the day I drove it home. They did repair the dent, but their attitude is if the car has damaged you should deal with it because it’s used. DON’T go there! No recommendations here.

I bought a car... There were issues from start to finish. I made an offer on a car, the salesperson did not call me with a response to the offer, but the next day his sales manager called me and told me the car was sold. I saw it again online, and I called back, it turned out the car was not sold. 3 days later the salesperson called to see if he could find something else for me- yet my offer was never responded to by him. Lug nuts not tightened. Had oil change and tire rotation performed. When I drove off the steering felt strange. Service rep said the tires were probably worn. Few days later, it became obvious that my front tires were loose. Total of five lug nuts were loose, hand turntable loose, between the two front tires. No follow up after email and direct complaint.
