Long wait! Oil change took almost 2 hours and was double the 45 minutes I was quoted. After 90 minutes I finally sent a text to the technician asking for an updated ETA, five minutes later my car was ready for pickup. If I didn’t have their service plan that was included in the purchase of my vehicle, I wouldn’t return.

Oil Change - Multipoint Inspection I had an 8:30 appointment. Arrived a little after 8:00 and was promptly checked in. Service person said it would be about an hour, it took about 45 minutes, and I also replaced the air filter. Total for everything was approximately $65.

Oil change and tire rotation Rotated the bad tires to the rear in my rear wheel drive vehicle and then marked them as need to be replaced. Dealer offer to swap them back for free...then why are you charging me for a rotation? Stated that they set my tire pressure to 35 psi, but did not check the low tire light on my console. When I asked about it they rechecked the tires and not one of them was above 33 psi. It is hard to allow them to do major work when I see that they do not do the small jobs correctly.

Lexus RX 300 I’m am livid . I had a a coil replaced at Toyota if Grand Rapids on 28th st . The technician said I should have all the spark plugs replaced . I said ,can I just get the one replaced that has the bad coil,? he said the labor will be the same if you replace one spark plug or all of them , so I had them all done . That was on 8/16/2019. .. I just opened my hood today and I DON’T have a cover on my motor !! They didn’t put it back on!! Don’t you think someone should have noticed that ??? I’m SO Mad😡😡😡😡

2016 Toyota Rav 4 Hybrid Came in for a routine oil change/tire rotation. Arrived at noon, my scheduled appt was 12:15. Come to find out, inly needed tire rotation after 5,000 miles with synthetic oil. Finally left almost 2 hours later after inwuiring twice as to when my car would be ready. Unacceptable.

Customer Service Thankful they were able to get us right in quickly for an oil change and fix of a heat shield part that was loose. When we got word of more issues that would total up to over $1200 in repairs and the need to keep the vehicle an extra day. I was surprised that they told us we had to rent a vehicle from them verses them giving us a loaner. Not sure that is great customer service!

2018 Toyota Corolla SE I've asked multiple times that a cover inside on passenger side keeps falling off when someone sits on passenger front seat. This last time i visited I was told clips were missing and it was put on. Well some kind of glue was used to put the cover on after I checked it. I was told previously if it falls again I would get a new one put on. So I'll be coming back for new one. This is the third car o purchase. I don't like wasting time for this kind of customer service. To have something made right.

disappointed . Technician didn’t know work done before or correct price. Didn’t turn off Maintenance light or give a sticker to come in again. I’ve bought my last 2 cars here and all my service work and never had problems before. Perhaps a bad day

Toyota four runner Not happy skid plate bolts not covered, this has never been off road, it’s under coated, bought extended warranty, humm. Not happy, I have tried to use my extended paint Warranty an that to was not covered, door dings. Wish I would have not bought extended warranty an used that money to fix everything that was not covered.
