Jean from Ada Ron Jones was extremely helpful and courteous. His communication skills are "top notch". Ron has been involved in previous service repairs on my Toyota 4 runner. He is always honest, kind and helpful. He is truly a blessing ! Thanks Ron!

Thanks to Darren Harrold's help on my 2013 corolla I had a 2008 Toyota Corolla that I've been very pleased with. I did all my service work at this dealer. I just traded up to a 2013 Corolla LE with the help of Darren Harrold. He patiently spent a lot of time helping me find the best car for me and then helped me with new features on the car like the Bluetooth. Very good experience.

Customer service can turn a bad experience around I went in for my 80,000 mile service on my Tundra. The service rep told me that I needed to get the reccomended complete service which instead of $59 for the 80,000 mile service it was $1,145 for everything. I could not believe it but since I want this truck to last me for years to come, I hesintaely went along with it. Three and one half hours latter my truck was ready. Satisfied I came for an oil change and fuel door lever repair. Those items were completed to my satisfaction. I also asked for one of my key fobs to be reset. I discovered It still does not work.

above and beyond Bruce Diamond was assigned to service my car. Only the driver car door would unlock. Manual unlock, key fob or remote touch of handle would not open any other doors. The clicks occurred like it wanted to but nothing happened. Not sure where to start, could be electronic, maybe not. Bruce heard the malfunction and took it back to his bay to start working on it. Still not happy Still working through this dealership's incompetence when it comes to filing simple paperwork. Nearly 3 years later I'm still having issues with the State of Michigan not having the correct VIN on file. More than 20 communications with my insurance agent, state of Michigan, auto loan company and now my personal bank who is thankfully offering a way better deal on the last bit of financing, I'm trying to get my paperwork straight. expensive dealer and won't go after market value Trying to buy a truck from them and try to go by the market value based on the year and mileages. They said the best they could do it $100-$200 discount.

2014 Toyota Corolla I will probably be back to have the air added to the spare tire in my trunk as it has been a chronic problem since I purchased this brand new car in May of 2014. The moment I turn the key it is the first light that comes on.
