Poor service It was the first time I needed service on my 2020 prius prime. I have not been to the service department before. I had an appointment. I drove up to the service door and a staff person waved me NOT to enter. I waited a bit, thinking someone would come and tell me where to go. Nope, nobody came. I don’t know if my car will be ready by tomorrow I missed work all weekend and I’m staying home on Sunday but I need my car by Monday and I don’t know if it’ll come.
Service customer service is not very accommodating I called for shaky steering wheel and the service tech on the phone not very accommodating and professional I wanted to get right to the point to get me in. Then someone higher up told me to come in for a balance it was on him which was fine however they did not see anything with the shakiness but this was definitely noticeable so they said there was a nail in the tire at the end I should have asked for a picture of the nail because they said it penetrated and I had to spend... read more

Lying to Avoid Repair Under Warranty Previously repaired wheel bearing failed within a year. Took it back, waited two hours, only to be told it was due to a faulty tire. Turned out tire was fine. Eventually returned to hear that it *was* the wheel bearing. Relieved to hear, yet they would not recognize the visit before, so wanted to charge another $700 to fix it. Routine maintenance Use this dealership for routine maintenance but try to avoid it for other repairs if possible. Expensive place to have your vehicle worked on. People are friendly and treat you well enough but I stay away if at all possible.

Don’t trust the sales mgr Dusten Dusten the sales mgr tried to back out on a agreed upon deal. If it wasn’t for me asking to work with the general mgr I would have lost out on the negotiated deal I had. I had a great experience with Issac in sales and like I said, thank god for the general manger. In the end I got a fair deal no thanks to Dusten.

Oil change When I got to the dealership to check in, the woman who helped me actually shamed me for not getting my oil changed sooner. I told her I had called at 5,000 miles and they told me I had another 5,000 on that oil. She continued to shame me. When I came back to pick up my car, I was told my rear tire treads were at minimum wear, so I needed to replace them. Why go anywhere else? I brought my used Prius here after having a warranty claim rejected because a previous non-Toyota repair facility could not determine a reason for my MFD maintenance warning message. In spite of the repair not being covered under the warranty, it was definitely worth going to the Toyota dealer's shop to get the repair done.
