Do not understand what is meant by TITLE. Sean Bier-Hobbs was very friendly in relating to me on my 20,000 miles check up for our Prius. He provided information that was related to the 5,000 care for our car. In addition he was helpful in finding a book I had left in the waiting room. He was pleasant to work with.

Oil change Ben DeKruyter is the most efficient, kind, knowledgeable service agent at Toyota. He has serviced all of my Toyotas and I hope he never leaves. I am in and out in a snap, always a smile, he always asks about me or my family, and making me feel like a valued customer.

Tires rotation and oil change. Called in morning, had afternoon appointment. Done in 45 minutes and cheaper than quote.

Incredibly Unpleasant Came here to potentially upgrade from my old aging sedan and found the whole process remarkably unpleasant. The trade in evaluation was fair and the sales associate was pleasant enough, but before I could even look at any vehicles I was pushed into a credit check and a form disclosing my financial information. If I was looking at something higher end I might understand this, but I was planning on looking at an entry level Camry!
