About this business

When vehicle repair becomes necessary as it will at some point in time, you'll need to decide on OEM parts or cheaper aftermarket parts. Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts are made specifically to fit your Toyota model whereas aftermarket parts are generic parts made in bulk to fit many different makes and vehicle models. It makes much more sense to use OEM parts than generic parts, at least if you're a driver who wants to maximize every penny that he spends on repairs. Whether it is time for new headlights, a repla... read more

The sales person was really nice, he was very patient with me as I am not very good at making decisions. The problem was with the price, they advertised one price on their website and when we went to do the paper work they came back with another price that was almost 4,000 dollars more. When the manager came out he tried to blame the salesmen for the “inconvenience.” Very unprofessional. Would not recommend especially if you are a first time buyer. The car is still missing some stuff in it too. We ended up paying a lot more ... read more

The experience was unsatisfactory. With an appointment we had over a 2 hour wait for a basic oil change. They run a shady business or they are incompetent to do their job. One service employee tells you one thing & another something opposite(get on the same page people!) I got an up charge even with the Toyota service plan. I feel like they just took advantage because I sent my wife up there. I was actually about to buy another Toyota truck because they are great trucks. It isn’t worth dealing with their service schnanagans.... read more

Avoid Toyota Of Texas Grapevine at all costs… seriously, drive that extra 15-20 minutes further for any other Toyota dealership, you’ll likely have a better experience anywhere else but here. I’ve now given this dealership three, yes three tries to do a halfway decent job at being a “dealership”. Each time, they have failed miserably, and after my third time… I’m done. First I went in looking to purchase a used Toyota Tundra. I have specific requirements for what I was looking for, and explained that to the salesmen who appr... read more

This was not a good experience. I seen a car on their website and i made a appointment to go in and look at it. The website said it was $19,802. I go in and test drive the car. I like the car. So i agree to pay that price. Then i noticed a option charge on the paper work. I was told it was a Market in fluctuation charge. I told him that I do not agree to that charge and that the website says a set price and i want to pay that set price. The salesman goes back and talks to his boss. Then his boss calls me over to his table an... read more

I purchased a used vehicle (2019 Nissan Altima) in August 2020 from Texas Toyota of Grapevine. The vehicle car facts made no mention of the vehicle having ever been in an accident. There was only one previous owner and the vehicle only had about 37,000 miles on it at the the time of purchase. 5 days after purchasing the vehicle the battery malfunctioned and the Sales person Sean Patterson who sold me the car but whose name is nowhere on my documents, Will Shearins name is on all my documents, nevertheless Sean insinuated tha... read more

I accompanied my daughter to this dealership to take care of some paperwork, I was absolutely appalled by the way we were treated by one of the finance managers. If you want to be valued as a customer, a woman and a person this is not the dealership for you. Go somewhere where your business is appreciated and the employees act as if they have a little class. Clearly that would not be this dealership.

I Purchase a 2020 4 Runner about 3 Months ago. I was told the extra warranty covered windshield replacement. I found out it does not. Why am I paying for something monthly that honestly is not meant to be used. I guess that is why I have not received any information on the warranty that I am paying for. At 3200 miles on the 4 Runner I have not required any real service from the dealer at this time. It is bothering that a dealership with wonderful products would stoop to such a low level for a few hundred dollars.

Bought my old Camry from them 10 years ago and had a good experience with both their sales and service departments for several years. Now service is crap - it took 3 trips to get my dash replaced under recall and the CD hasn't worked since. Went in a couple of weeks ago for info on the new Camry and experience was terrible. No sales brochure. High pressure to buy on the spot. In the end, I bought elsewhere and am happy I did.

These people are scammy, I felt as though I had to shower when I left. Went back after buying a car for service and noticed there were no cars in the service area...a bad sign like going to an empty restaurant. Pressure sales people. I have bought Toyota cars from several dealers since 1978 - these are the worst.
