Place was a little bit on the prejudice side. Because of my eye color manager assumed I was from the other side of the border. Now you may think my opinion is biased but when the first question before any introduction is "where are you from? Where are your people from" is definitely not something any person should deal with. Please don't buy a car from here or have your new car repaired here. They will lie and say you caused the problem and will do anything to not warranty your car. These people are predatory from sales to service and everything in between. I never would have gone here had I been diligent and looked at the reviews. I am filing with the AG and hiring a lawyer. The dealership persistently called and texted about bringing my daughters car in to fix a recall. The only times available were during the week when my daughter works (which she used her car to get to). I was told we would get a rental car but when she went to drop her car off they refused to give her one so she had to pay $50 in ride share to get to work and then home because they never told us that her car was actually ready 2 hours after dropping it off. Spoke with Valentine Told me their 2023 Trd Pro Sequoias are $108,000 . Some dealerships charge 5k over MSRP but $30,000 What a joke stay away from this place.

Toyota of Grapevine years ago promised me free lifetime car washes. WE SHOOK HANDS ON THAT "DEAL." At first it was free car washes at their service center. No appointments required, just drive up & get a car wash. Then their car was machine broke down too often, so they switched to handing out free car was codes to a nearby car wash in Grapevine. Holy shit... 3 oil changes, all awful experiences, last one took the cake. Haley was my contact, said she would notify me with any updates. Said it would take an hour and a half to change oil, 2 hours later I found out she went to lunch, and wasn't responsive, then got the news by some one else that it was going to take 6 hours! 8 hours total! Made an appointment to get an official diagnosis on my car to then take to a direct Hyundai dealership. When I arrived at my 7AM appointment I told the younger gentleman (a different guy than who I was scheduled to see) that I was waiting at the dealership and he recommended to leave because it usually takes about 3 hours to look at the AC, so I told him I would Uber to go get food and come back to wait. Purchasing my Toyota was an okay experience back in 2019-ish--no real complaints but that was before inventory was low due to Covid. As soon as the "free service" contract expired, my first service visit came with the laundry list of $$$ service items that supposedly needed to be done at 30,000 miles. DO NOT TRUST. Been using this dealership for 10 years and they are not the same that they used to be. Service is terrible and sales is unethical. Purchased a new '21 Tundra and my salesman told me he would get a better payment if I gave him cash afterwards.
