I went in to have my oil changed and have my battery checked because my battery light. Indicator came on I told the assistant service manager to have the mechanic check my alternator because the battery is brand new they did not check the battery they did not check the alternator and as I was leaving from Huntersville to Concord my engine completely cut off right in front of Advance Auto in Concord poor service not listen to the customers and doing what they want to do.
Toyota of North Charlotte I brought my truck in on Wednesday. The service rep told me they would have the part in on Thursday. I was informed on Thursday that the part did not come in. Got a call Friday that they ordered the wrong part but it would be in later that day. Got a call Friday afternoon that the problem was not only this part but a rear bearing that would cost over $1200.00 plus the $450 for the sensor. Will not provide fair trade value I have inquired a couple of times with vehicles of interest and have been contacted. They want to give you the least amount of money for your trade and will not match other dealers offers. They do not even offer KBB or NADA value. I will not give my car away and carry double negative equity on a new car.
Bait & Switch sales strategy by the General Sales Manager Last June 20, 2019, I spoke with the General Sales Manager, Nate Richard about purchasing a 2019 4Runner. It was weird that the sales guy dealing with us, didn’t seem interested in selling or leasing on the last day of the month.
