I have lived in Huntersville for 4 years and have always used the Toyota of North Charlotte for all my service needs of my 2006 Prius. The team has always been helpful. I am relocating out of state but I would recommend this service team for anyone with Toyota vehicles.

I HAVE TAKEN ALL OF MY VEHICLES TO TOYOTA NORTH CHARLOTTE WHEN EVER I NEED ANY REPAIRS. THEY ARE ALWAYS GOOD TO WORK WITH, DOES GREAT WORK AND IS READY WHEN PROMISED

Bryan has managed the service & repair for our entire family's cars for over six years! He is extremely professional and very careful to make sure we receive quality & timely service. I travel for work over 500 miles a week across the state and worry often as to the reliability of an older car. Brought my vehicle in for service what a great experience they were friendly knowledgeable and informed me of what I needed today and what to expect in the future they went over what I call a health report for my car so that I was informed and I didn't need it yet but I went ahead and took advantage of the buy 3 get one free tire sale because it was my decision not theirs the have always treated me my family and friends like we are family and I guess we're are because we are in the Toyota family I went and test drove the new... read more

I recently made an appointment with the service department for a four wheel alignment because of an unusual wear pattern on my tires. I also had a slow leak in the passenger front tire (about 2 pounds a week). It takes me an hour and fifteen minutes to drive to the dealership. I drive the distance because there service department has treated me well until this problem and I bought a truck there as well. I have used the service department @ Toyota of North Charlotte (Lake Norman) for over 5 years now and have had nothing but good in my dealings with the Service department and the Service Writers. Ever since I have owned a Toyota, I have had the same service writer (Todd Hansbrough). I have called this guy from the side of the road for advice on noises or possible problems with my vehicle and he answered every question and concern. I have been dealing with the Toyota dealership of North Charlotte since 2004 when I purchased my Highlander. There have been a couple of mishaps due to faulty parts so I have gotten to know Will Gaddy and Brandy(do not know last name) very well. I can't say enough about how good they are. I have had my Lexus serviced at Toyota of North Charlotte for over 5 years. All of the service reps are very helpful and friendly. You treat people as you wish to be treated.I have always had a positive experience with their service dept. This past year we sold my wifes Chevy Tahoe and bought another Lexus which the folks at Toyota of North Charlotte service for us. As long as they keep treating us right, we will keep coming back!
