Service I was recently at Toyota of North Charlotte for service on my car. The young man that took care of me Connor Mccullough was very professional and treated me with the upmost respect. I was early for my appt but they took my car straight back and the wait was short. While there we looked at other cars on the lot and are considering buying a Scion in the near future. Mary Minton
matthias cooke in service department Even though my car is an older Toyota Matthias complemented it on the mileage. My oil change went very smoothly. He was very accommodating. I got tied up in traffic and was a few minutes late for my appointment be he still accommodated me.
Conner McCullough Conner was very professional and was personal with his greeting. He explained what I thought was just an oil change and tire pressure check to 35,000 mile service and what it included and the cost. I learned that I have synthetic oil which needs to be changed every 10,000 miles and I have 5,000 left before my next change. He came later and informed me of a nail in my tire, the process to fix it (not just a plug) and the cost. Great customer service by Edwin Montalvo Edwin Montalvo is a great customer service representative and does a great job going over what needs to be done to a vehicle and explaining the best process to take and makes great recommendations. I called last week about getting new tires and he located some for me that I think were the best deal for my car. He's great to work with and goes out of his way to accommodate a customer's needs and get the best deal for them.
Eric Olsen at Toyota of North Charlotte I have had a great experience with Eric Olsen of Toyota if North Charlotte. He has taken care of all of the needs for the several Toyotas that we have in the family .
There are many Toyota Dealerships but they are not alike We have been a patron for many years. We recently moved 200+ miles away. One of our Toyota cars had major issues to occur. Reluctantly, we went to our local dealership. The service seemed alright, although it was our old Toyota of North Charlotte.
