Conner McCullough Conner was very professional and was personal with his greeting. He explained what I thought was just an oil change and tire pressure check to 35,000 mile service and what it included and the cost. I learned that I have synthetic oil which needs to be changed every 10,000 miles and I have 5,000 left before my next change. He came later and informed me of a nail in my tire, the process to fix it (not just a plug) and the cost. customer service Connor Mccolough made my experience worthwhile and smooth. Constantly checked to see what else I may need. Everyone else got me the wonderful vehicle, and since then I love it !

Great customer service by Edwin Montalvo Edwin Montalvo is a great customer service representative and does a great job going over what needs to be done to a vehicle and explaining the best process to take and makes great recommendations. I called last week about getting new tires and he located some for me that I think were the best deal for my car. He's great to work with and goes out of his way to accommodate a customer's needs and get the best deal for them.

There are many Toyota Dealerships but they are not alike We have been a patron for many years. We recently moved 200+ miles away. One of our Toyota cars had major issues to occur. Reluctantly, we went to our local dealership. The service seemed alright, although it was our old Toyota of North Charlotte. The next time we took a car in, the personnel had drastically changed and the service was mediocre, at best. Now we drive the 200+ miles back to Toyota of North Charlotte. Brake Work Eric Olsen was kind, courteous and professional. I purchased my vehicle from Toyota in 2004 and have primarily come back to have my vehicle serviced ever since. Eric has been one of the most kind and sincere associates that I have dealt with over the years. Some people just do their jobs and others enjoy what they do in servicing others. Thank you Eric!

Toyota is Tops We Iove Toyota of North Charlotte. They are always professional, timely, and provide excellent service. Their facility is also a comfortable place to wait. My repair was a complicated one and Lou was there taking care of me every step of the way.
