Great service department Eric Olsen is awesome. He hadn't seen me in a few months (I was travelling) and he immediately recalled my name, and got my service work started promptly. My son, daughter-in-law and I all have had exceptional care by Eric without exception. He is an outstanding representative of your dealership.

Great Service experience - Edwin Montalvo Hey Paul, I just wanted to tell you what a pleasure it is to work with Edwin Montalvo. I had a couple of challenges with my newer truck and Edwin and the Service Tech went well out of their way to get it right. as you know, I have a landcuiser with 386k miles and now have 108k on this newer one. Since your store arrived in the North Charlotte area, you have done nearly all work on my vehicles and Edwin and you both have made that an easy choice for me. thanks again guys, Joe Roy

Great service Lauren Aronovski Was wonderful. The repairs took awhile but it was a lot that needed to be done. She made it bearable with her calm demeanor and great customer service. Being a manager in hospitality I appriciate people who care about their jobs and their customers. It's also nice to know that I can trust a repair shop that will not jack up their prices for profit. I was quoted three times the amount at Meineke.

Truck Bedcover During a scheduled oil/filter change, I looked into having a bedcover installed on my Tocoma. John Ricardo was extremely helpful providing me with the various options and costs associated with installing the cover. With John's help, I set up an appointment. When I arrived, John met me before I even had time to even get out of the truck. He had earlier told me it would take between 1.5 and 2 hours for the work. Great staff I have been getting my 2005 Highlander serviced at Toyota of North Charlotte for almost 6 years now. Eric Olsen has always been very helpful and works with me on what needs to be done with my car. He remembers me and my car every time I come in. It's refreshing not to feel like you are being taken advantage of. I trust what he and the rest of the staff in the service department tell me about my car. I would recommend the service dept. at Toyota of North Charlotte to anyone.

Eric Olsen has helped me before in servicing my Toyota Prius and i keep on bringing it back from South Charlotte driving 25 miles literally due to the service i get. I will recommend again

Eric Olsen is the friendliest service advisor that you have working for you! He’s very nice and respectful. Eric is easy to talk to and you can easily understand him. He tells you the exact time when you car will be ready. I enjoy going there when he is able to help me. I think he’s the best there!!

Edwin Montalvo was very helpful and made excellent suggestions when I brought my 03 Corolla for service. He clearly explanined what was needed for this car. I will definitely continue to bring my cars to your store for further services.
