Toyota is Tops We Iove Toyota of North Charlotte. They are always professional, timely, and provide excellent service. Their facility is also a comfortable place to wait. My repair was a complicated one and Lou was there taking care of me every step of the way.

Another great service visit I always enjoy visiting Toyota of North Charlotte. Service is handled very efficiently and the service adviser, Matthias Cooke, was great at informing me what was going to be done and how long the visit would be.

Basic Service 2005 Highlander - Brought it in for oil change and tire rotation which was free as I purchased the Michelin tires at this dealership for a great price supplemented by a manufacturer's rebate card. I had a mid-afternoon Saturday appointment for 4:15. Arrived a little early but was promptly taken in and the service was completed in about 30-45 minutes.

Top Notch Service I want to thank Will Gaddy for his professional service with a smile. I have had my Toyota Tundra in for routinue maintanance and detailing multiple times over the past 6 months. Will has taken great care of all of my car care requests. Will goes above and beyond what I have experienced at other dealerships to ensure that the vehicle is taken care of and I am satisfied with the overall service. reason for dashboard lights My '04 Prius's dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree and I took it in to find out what the reason might be. A service writer started to write me up and Eric Olsen whom I've worked with many times came out and took over. He told me how long it would take and I got some coffee ( which is very good by the way) to wait. Later Eric came out and said the hybrid man was tied up and it would be a little longer. Excellent experience This may be a duplicate because I first sent this from my cell phone and wasn't sure if it went through. I was very pleased with my service on this first visit.Will Gaddy was very pleasant and professional.I liked that I could make an appointment at my convenience.

1st Time Customer - Won't be the last Recently purchased a 2012 Toyota Sienna Van from Toyota of North Charlotte, and had a follow up appointment to replace a taillight. John Ricardo was very welcoming and made the entire experience a breeze, from start to finish. Would not hesitate to recommend them for service on your Toyota!
