I have had my Lexus serviced at Toyota of North Charlotte for over 5 years. All of the service reps are very helpful and friendly. You treat people as you wish to be treated.I have always had a positive experience with their service dept. This past year we sold my wifes Chevy Tahoe and bought another Lexus which the folks at Toyota of North Charlotte service for us. As long as they keep treating us right, we will keep coming back!

Worst place ever. I will never buy another car here or get mine serviced. Mike Adams in the collison center is awful. Hes a snake who took my doors off my vehicle then charged me $881.38 when insurance wouldn't pay. I never said to do that. I've done alot of business here but not anymore. Taking advance of customers...shame on Toyota!! Read the reviews they are shady scammers who take advantaged of us customers!!

This dealership sold me a LEMON. Bought a brand new 2023 rav4 XLE on 6/23. Called 6/26 as I already needed gas noticed a gas leak and was told I overfilled the tank. Few days later my check gas cap light came on and check engine. Read code and it stated gas cap and EVAP leak. Took to dealer on 7/8 and was told by Lao nothing was wrong with my car. 7/18 the light came back on. Greg and Eli found there was a corrugated pipe cracked and needed to replace the whole gas tank. Had a service appointment on Friday. When I got to the dealership they didn't have my appointment but would try to work me in. It would be at least 2 hours until I could get in so I left. I was there getting service on my wife's car on Wednesday just 2 days before and had made the appointment for my car on Tuesday evening. We are very loyal Toyota customers as we own 2 Toyotas and this was very disappointing.

Went in multiple times with the same issue that my truck was pulling to the right. It was under warranty but claimed everything was fine. Didn’t even get 30,000 miles out of my tires because of edge wear. Eric was one of the most rude people I’ve ever dealt with. He said it was because I took left hand turns too fast. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I went in to have my oil changed and have my battery checked because my battery light. Indicator came on I told the assistant service manager to have the mechanic check my alternator because the battery is brand new they did not check the battery they did not check the alternator and as I was leaving from Huntersville to Concord my engine completely cut off right in front of Advance Auto in Concord poor service not listen to the customers and doing what they want to do.

They wrecked my car I took my 2016 4 Runner in for a front end alignment and they wrecked my car before the work was even started. They still haven't fixed my vehicle.

Fairlure to Communicate I dropped off my Camry for a service which were set-up by Paul Kramer and they there were suppose to have a rental car waiting for me because they were keeping my car the next day. Upon arrival, I came across Will Gaddy that were very impatient and rudded to me. There were no rental car waiting and panic scrambling to find one. I'll get my Toyota serviced elsewhere Lou This is one of the worst Toyota service departments I’ve been to. So bad in fact that I’ll start driving further to go to another dealer. Service Adviser Lou Simmet embodies the qualities that make so many people reluctant to go to a dealer service department: he’s rude, smug, and does everything he can to inflate a bill regardless of whether or not a car needs the procedure he’s pushing.
