"Excellent service" Had my 25,000 mile service performed. The dealership did an excellent job and did everything they promised. Good service advisors and always excellent technician work.

"Great Service!" My first time to do check up on my Toyota Corolla. Great bunch of people from the person who answered the phone for appointment to the person who informed me through text that my car was ready. Very impressed with everything.Loved the place.
"excellent" I met with Ken Scott in the used car parking lot and discussed my needs. He came up with a used Highlander.........just what I was looking for. We took it for a ride and it turned out to be the one. We made a deal and Ken did a superlative job. He actually followed me home to make the switching cars an easy transition for me. I highly recommend Toyota of Portland and will look forward to their quality service into the future.
"I keep coming back because I like them" Even though I no longer live/work near this dealership, but I am willing to go out of my way to have them do the work on my car. I never feel like they suggest gimmicks to run up the bill and they'll help me prioritize big-ticket items so I can plan ahead and budget for then over time.
"Great sales person!" I went to Broadway Toyota to test drive a car. I left A new car owner. It was because of the great sales person. Abbey was awesome! New to sales, Abbey’s natural warmth and caring made it easy to buy the car that my wife really needed. Cheers to her! Get over there and ask for Abbey!
"Thank you Andrew." I had my brakes worked on at the almost same time the tree service was scheduled to arrive. I was offered a Uber ride to my house and then back again which enabled me to get both done on time and now I have good brakes also. Whew!
