"Outstanding service at reasonable price." I bought my first Toyota, a RAV, at Broadway Toyota, replacing it in 2009 w/a Prius. Loved both cars, no problems ever. Have had all my service done here as well, which has always been excellent. They never pressure me to buy a new model and are always thorough and conservative in recommendations for what little service I've needed when going in for regular servicing. "No hassle" Ben was courteous and had my car serviced in a reasonable amout of time and more importantly, within the time frame I was quoted. I haven't always been so fortunate at this service location. I'll ask for Ben everytime from here on out.
"Purchase to Accessories with bumps along the way" I purchased a new 2018 Tacoma a couple of months ago and had a great experience from their website to sales person to Sales Managers to the outstanding Richard Reyes in finance. "The system works!" I am visiting the Portland area, and just needed routine maintenance on my new Toyota which was purchased on the east coast. Toyota of Portland handled it professionally; reception was quick and clear, they kept me updated via text, and pickup & checkout was also quick and clear. They have a system, and it seems to work! "GREAT SERVICE EXPERIENCE" I have had all my service done here, and I purchased my 2015 Toyota RAV4 XLE here as well. This particular time I was attended by Ben upon arrival for my scheduled 20,000 mile service at 7:10 AM. As usual, the department opened right on time. "Routine maintenance on my Toyota." Ben provided excellent service. He explained what was being done with my vehicle and answered all my questions. He also let me know how my tires and brakes were, and made recommendations for my next maintenance visit.
"Excellent customer service!" I scheduled a same day appointment for an oil change and since my car was just over 100,000 miles, Panchajany offered to have the technician perform a full inspection. I received a printout showing the status of all of the functions of my car and Panchajany clearly explained which items needed to be addressed along with estimates and a general timeline of when to have the repairs completed. "Service with Graham" Appointments are quick and easy to make. The service department runs on time. Graham explained the options for my service, estimated the wait time accurately and laughed at my joke. What more could a person ask for?
"Efficient and easy" Came in for a new 4Runner. Mihn my salesman was great and Ezra the manager was very professional and to the point. Appreciated their fair deal and no nonsense approach! Would return for future purchases
