"The system works!" I am visiting the Portland area, and just needed routine maintenance on my new Toyota which was purchased on the east coast. "GREAT SERVICE EXPERIENCE" I have had all my service done here, and I purchased my 2015 Toyota RAV4 XLE here as well. This particular time I was attended by Ben upon arrival for my scheduled 20,000 mile service at 7:10 AM. As usual, the department opened right on time. "Routine maintenance on my Toyota." Ben provided excellent service. He explained what was being done with my vehicle and answered all my questions. He also let me know how my tires and brakes were, and made recommendations for my next maintenance visit.
"Excellent customer service!" I scheduled a same day appointment for an oil change and since my car was just over 100,000 miles, Panchajany offered to have the technician perform a full inspection. I received a printout showing the status of all of the functions of my car and Panchajany clearly explained which items needed to be addressed along with estimates and a general timeline of when to have the repairs completed. "Service with Graham" Appointments are quick and easy to make. The service department runs on time. Graham explained the options for my service, estimated the wait time accurately and laughed at my joke. What more could a person ask for?
