"Not any Joe" I'm a outside sales person for over 35 years. It appears to me the older I get the more important good service is required by me. Joe from San Antonio was super. Very polite and comforting because when you go in for an oil change special you have your vehicle diagnosed and the service advisor will tell you what it requires to repair it. "Pre paid service" I highly recommend purchasing the normal service work for your new car. It makes it so smooth and easy. The express service gets you in and out so quickly you barely have time to read the newspaper!
"Excellent Dealership" Between myself & my wife and 3 grandchildren we have purchased 6 vehicles from the dealership and they have all been excellent experiences. The service department has always been very flexible in scheduling our vehicles in to fit our schedules. The service has always been excellent and timely. "Easy to get appointments and great service!" Have had several cars through Toyota of Portland. Love my hybrid Rav4! Always easy to schedule appointments. The folks are friendly and service always meets expectations. I would recommend buying and having your car serviced here.

"2007 Prius Work" The service advisor, Rebecca provided answers to all my questions. She took the time to work with her parts person to locate a used display unit from another Prius. It was checked out and she provided me the chance to review the condition of it before they installed it. Rebecca kept me informed during the installation how her mechanic was doing. She was quick and professional in closing out the work and I left the dealership much quicker than I expected.
"A car purchase for my elderly, frugal father" Hashim at Toyota of Portland was perfect. I have been trying to help my elderly father purchase a car for about a year now. He is incredibly frugal, and always regrets every major, often minor, purchase decision that he makes. "Very courteous." Ben was very courteous and did his best to help us replace the flat tire of our Prius. But the service center did not have available a replacement tire. How can a major Toyota dealership and service center not have a replacement tire for a Prius?. Ben recommended we go to a nearby Les Schwab location. The guys at Les Schwab replaced the tire in ten minutes flat. No pun intended.
