We made an appointment for 9:00 am Sunday, with limited time to make a purchase. Minh had sent us some vehicle photos via internet. We picked one that we wanted to see. Chris met us since Minh was not there and took care of us in an exceptional way. At every step along the way, we were very well taken care of. We purchased a 2016 Toyota Camry with 18,000 miles on it. In at 9:00, out at 11:30. We love the car!
I have been to many Toyota dealerships and this is the most I like it. Minh & Thai are amazing and I appreciate they worked very hard with me trying give me a good deal, I recommend this dealership highly.
We had a superb experience at Toyota of Portland in purchasing a new 2018 Sienna. We knew what we were interested in and the dealership made rapid efforts in obtaining what we wanted very quickly. There was rapid agreement on a fair price and the outstanding salesman Thai even delivered the vehicle to our home! Everything was delivered as promised. We recommend this dealership highly!
I used to use Vancouver Toyota, but after 3 separate incidents of being treated badly by sales staff, finance staff and service staff, it was refreshing to come to a dealership that was open and friendly. They answered my questions without lying to me. They didn't promise something they knew they couldn't deliver but they gave me options and I greatly appreciated everything they did, all while they serviced my car. Awesome, Ill be back when I'm ready to buy my next new car.
I brought my Prius in for 35000 mile maintenance including adjusting a wiper arm. I don't think I was there for more than an hour.

They are unlike other dealers and never pressure you against your will like other stealerships. This is my 2nd vehicle purchased through Toyota of Portland on Broadway and I’m a customer for life! Trust me, I’m a savvy car negotiator and these guys get it. Don’t go anywhere else.

Great work done quickly and shuttle to work and back to dealer to pick up truck at no cost. Friendly an knowledgeable staff. Very happy with the whole experience.
For a change, it was a pleasant experience. Mr. Sayed Hassanein was very helpful. We drove couple of cars and finally selected one and drove home a new CamryLE. Finance Manager Mr cour explained everything. Did not use any high pressure tactics. We went to just see cars but bought one.
