I used to use Vancouver Toyota, but after 3 separate incidents of being treated badly by sales staff, finance staff and service staff, it was refreshing to come to a dealership that was open and friendly. They answered my questions without lying to me. They didn't promise something they knew they couldn't deliver but they gave me options and I greatly appreciated everything they did, all while they serviced my car. Awesome, Ill be back when I'm ready to buy my next new car.
I brought my Prius in for 35000 mile maintenance including adjusting a wiper arm. I don't think I was there for more than an hour.
Just excellent! Adriana Stamps, Scott Caverhill, xxxx Neal and Ian Cour are all professionals who respect and value your business. They are unlike other dealers and never pressure you against your will like other stealerships. This is my 2nd vehicle purchased through Toyota of Portland on Broadway and I’m a customer for life! Trust me, I’m a savvy car negotiator and these guys get it. Don’t go anywhere else.

For a change, it was a pleasant experience. Mr. Sayed Hassanein was very helpful. We drove couple of cars and finally selected one and drove home a new CamryLE. Finance Manager Mr cour explained everything. Did not use any high pressure tactics. We went to just see cars but bought one.

This is the first enjoyable experience at a dealer! I was in and out in 2 hours! Everyone was super friendly and nice, gave me a great deal on my old car, and a great deal on the NEW "Used" Car I purchased. My car was Toyota Certified, and looked brand new inside! Tai was a great salesman, and loved the whole team I worked with. Eventually when I need a new car, probably like 10 years from now or more, since Toyota's last forever! I will definitely be back!
From the first phone contact with Monica Singer, during our very helpful and thoughtfully planned test drive, and through the whole process of consideration/negotiation, Monica Singer was competent without any exhibition of sales pressure, and she represented her dealership and her product (in this case a 2018 Camry Hybrid XLE) effectively. We had an unusual trade-in situation. She worked with her sales and finance managers to provide an effective solution.
