I went to Toyota of Portland without any hope they would take my trade-in car for the money I asked on Craigslist, but they did! They signed the deal with me without seeing my old car and also gave me a cash discount on the new Prius Prime. What else can you ask from a dealer?! Chantelle was very professional and helpful. I went into the dealership after work on a Friday and went home with a car I love. I credit my good experience to Chantelle M. Hall who sensed what I wanted and did it all with a great sense of professionalism but also made me feel very comfortable. This is my 3rd car with this dealership but was by far my best experience! Sayed Hassanein was extremely helpful with my needs and timeframe to get the deal done. Jefferson, the guy who handled our service, was great. He kept us informed about our service throughout the day and when it came time to pay, he told us he found a coupon left by a previous customer and applied it to our transaction, saving us more than $170.
