My wife and I had a great 'zero-pressure' experience at Toyota of Portland. We had negotiated the price of a 2018 Highlander Limited with Michael on-line during the week. We set a time we were all available to meet with Michael on the weekend. We traveled 200 miles to the dealership where our new car was waiting for us. I had an excellent experience today when I brought my Prius in for service. I worked with Dennis and he walked through everything that was going to be done, how long it would take and the estimated charges. His communication was great. I also really appreciated the Uber service that got me back home and then back to the service center when my car was done - what a great idea.

They did a great job on my 60,000 service. Did everything needed. They told me it might take longer because of a part needed for a recent recall, but it turned out the had the part in stock and the work was completed more quickly than I expected. Everyone is very polite and professional.
