I had an excellent experience today when I brought my Prius in for service. I worked with Dennis and he walked through everything that was going to be done, how long it would take and the estimated charges. His communication was great. I also really appreciated the Uber service that got me back home and then back to the service center when my car was done - what a great idea.

They did a great job on my 60,000 service. Did everything needed. They told me it might take longer because of a part needed for a recent recall, but it turned out the had the part in stock and the work was completed more quickly than I expected. Everyone is very polite and professional.
From start to finish I can't think of a more pleasant way to spend an afternoon! The workers are so polite and professional, quickly assess why your car is there and have you sign in. Then to the comfortable lounge where the coffee is great, leather chairs are super comfortable, and there's a few minutes to catch up on reading. My service tech was very polite, conscientious and personal. Ordered parts that were needed without having to ask and offered a car while service was being done.
Plans were explained clearly at check-in, and I received updates via texts. Service was done on time. Very professional and courteous. I recommend their service to everyone. I have been driving Toyota for more then 20 years. With good routine maintenance, I never had no issues. It is a relief to have a reliable vehicle.
