From start to finish I can't think of a more pleasant way to spend an afternoon! The workers are so polite and professional, quickly assess why your car is there and have you sign in. Then to the comfortable lounge where the coffee is great, leather chairs are super comfortable, and there's a few minutes to catch up on reading. My service tech was very polite, conscientious and personal. Ordered parts that were needed without having to ask and offered a car while service was being done.
Plans were explained clearly at check-in, and I received updates via texts. Service was done on time. Very professional and courteous. I recommend their service to everyone. I have been driving Toyota for more then 20 years. With good routine maintenance, I never had no issues. It is a relief to have a reliable vehicle.

Scheduled an appointment for oil and filter change and I had the alignment done at the same time. At the end, the service advisor made sure I was receiving the Service Special for the oil change. It was a great experience and I would recommend this Toyota dealership to anyone owning a Toyota.
I took my Prius in for its periodic maintenance, and everything went smoothly. It was easy to make an appointment online, They were waiting for me with paperwork ready when I arrived. My case manager, Jefferson, explained clearly what would be done, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. Everything went according to schedule, and the waiting room even had decent coffee and pastry snacks. I can't imagine a better service experience.
A great job on timely installation of the radio console unit. The team was very friendly prompt and attentive even during the busy holiday season.
