Everything was fine and the service was fast. I got my new car in no time and the person that helped me was very kind.

My local mechanic was having difficulty diagnosing a 4wd problem with my 10 year old 4Runner and recommended I have a diagnostic completed at Toyota. The process was smooth from start to finish, and the communication from David was great! He provided me regular updates on the status of my service, which was such a bonus - really helped me get this taken care in the midst of a busy week. We recently leased a car with Toyota of Portland and had a great experience. The sales process was quick and everyone was very friendly to work with. Will definitely be returning there when the lease is up!
Fast and friendly services. The shuttle services was convenient. Drop you off and pick you up on time. Would recommended Portland Toyota to my friends and family.
Josh in the service department got me all checked in, got my Tacoma back to me quickly that day and ordered an Uber to get back and forth to work. Great service guys! I'll be back.
Had to bring in the tire we bought here a year or so ago because we drove it over an Alyn (spelling?!) wrench--that got stuck in it! The staff was great and efficient as always, and when I picked up the car, my service person--Corrina (spelling?!) was equally as concerned that I got transported back and forth to and from my job as she was with the quality of repair on the tire--I really appreciated her wanting to follow up on that so closely!
