I have purchased cars from Broadway Toyota for over 30 years and always had a good experience . Today was different, I was referred to salesperson Ken Scott, within five minutes (the entire process with him was approx. 10 minutes) I found him to be a pompous arrogant butt (lack of better words). It was a pleasure to work with Heather from the very beginning when I decided to purchase a new corolla through USAA. Heather was very professional and very patient in working and communicating with me since I am deaf. I wanted the buying experience on my time and not be rushed into anything. Heather followed my timeline and was there every time I have a question or need something. She was there when I switched cars and she helped me set up bluetooth to match my iphone. Been having my 2009 Highlander Hybrid serviced here for years. Two days ago while having the oil changed decided to take a look at the 2015 model and met with Khzam. He was great! Good to work with. Came up with a very fair deal and today heading home in my new ride.
