Last week, I traded in a smaller car, that I loved, for something larger and more comfortable for a growing family. After extensive research on the Toyota website, i went into my local dealership and had the pleasure of getting Kylar as my sales person. I have purchased cars from Broadway Toyota for over 30 years and always had a good experience . Today was different, I was referred to salesperson Ken Scott, within five minutes (the entire process with him was approx. 10 minutes) I found him to be a pompous arrogant butt (lack of better words).
