Lily is super sweet and knowledgeable! I was buying a car and my parents weremy cosigners... My folks questioned her to death and she answered each and every oneoftheir questions promptly and was super patient, I could tell that she genuinely cared about us understanding what coverage we were getting . I would highly recommend anyone working with her...

We were looking for a car to get us from A to B for a couple of years before we buy a new one - and we didn't want to spend a whole lot of time in the process. Kylar suggested that for our particular needs and budget it might make sense for us to consider leasing. I've been buying/leasing cars and trucks from Broadway Toyota since 1996. My most recent lease experience at Broadway on July 5, 2015, was the absolute best to date - it was Tim Bazler who made it such a great experience. Mr. Khzam has the best customer service skills i have ever seen. Mr, Khzam was very helpful for my fiance and I while trading in our 2012 Toyota Yaris for a 2010 Toyota Prius. He was very helpful in answering questions that we had. I am very happy to have done business with Mr. Khzam and Broadway Toyota. This is the third auto I have purchased from this dealer in 20 years and I am very pleased with the customer service and support. I was recommended to contact Kenny Khzam if I was purchasing a highlander. Kenny introduced us to the different types of highlanders, exterior and interior colors, the different packages with each type, and did a good job of explaining the difference between them. Broadway Toyota did not have the highlander we wanted, but they were able to find the highlander we wanted and we drove the highlander home on June 30, 2015.
