Sent in an initial inquiry about a truck at like 10:30 at night. Got an e-mail back from Heather about 10 minutes later. Was impressed by that. Went in the next day to check out vehicles. She was patient with me as I checked out a few different models. She gave me space but was also there to answer questions. She hooked my kids up with water, TV shows and coloring books. I hate car shopping, and I knew how much I could afford as a car payment. Heather found the PERFECT car for me (2012 Ford Fiesta), right in my price range, and she never tried to sell me a higher-priced car. The whole transaction took only 2.5 hours - came in my old car, left in my new car. Heather is smart, sympathetic, and on the ball. I couldn't have asked for a nicer salesperson or a nicer car purchase transaction!
I highly recommend working with Khzam! He wants to get you the best deal for your money. He has worked at the dealership for a long time and knows the Toyota product well. 5 stars!

We met With Heather T with the intent of going over some Costco pricing and kicking some tires on a couple of Tacoma models.
