Claude found us wandering around the lot and helped us to our dream car. He was professional, enthusiastic, and great to work with. Took us on the test drive with the car and we instantly fell in love even more so.. The car that won our hearts was an Lexus ES 350, unfortunately, two weeks after we left, we were rear ended. We went into Broadway Toyota with our usual concerns about getting fleeced. We ended up getting treated the best of any dealer we have been too. Dominique was easy going and very willing to work with us. Since we live in Roseburg (about 150 miles south of Portland, we did almost all of the dealing over the phone. I saw an advertisement that Broadway Toyota had put into the Oregonian advertising new Corolla's and Camry's. When I showed up to the dealership I was a little apprehensive about the typical bait and switch that car dealers try to pull when advertising loss leaders. I was quite surprised by both Tim and Richard. When I showed Richard the advertisement he grabbed Tim to help him since Richard was new there. The people treated me with respect, asked great questions, provided information to back up what they were telling me, negotiated quickly and painlessly and created an overall experience that was smooth and seamless. I definitely recommend checking them out if you're in the market for a Toyota.
I purchased a 2012 highlander from Leanna woods and had the best experience. She was very knowledgable, quick to answer all my questions and friendly too. I would 100% recommend broadway Toyota and make sure to ask for Leanna woods too.
I had a great experience with Rod and Pete. It was like we were family talking about everything including our love of cars. Oh and by the way we mixed in a new Toyota Tundra sale as well.
