I came into Broadway Toyota desperately needing a new car, but with a lack of hope that I would be able to find a car I loved and obtain financing with an affordable monthly payment. My aunt was looking to purchase me a car in Portland and she has dealt with this dealership before. This is her second car purchased from this particular dealer and they bent over backwards to accommodate our extenuating circumstances!!! I was at Broadway Toyota getting my 2005 Prius service for 90, 000 miles and Mr. Khyzam asked me if I wanted to buy a new car. I said no but I would be interested in a plug-in hybrid Prius. He said a 2012 leased car had just been returned that day. I walked over and saw it and said I needed to discuss with my husband. The next thing I knew I was the proud owner of this car and turned my 2005 Prius in to buy it. Very easy sale with good follow up and care. I am still in awe I could find a car I was willing to buy.
We did our car shopping homework for weeks , so when we arrived at Broadway Toyota we knew the salesman would determine if we could finally buy a car. Whew! Stopped in to look at the new Rav4's and 4runners. After getting a little lost on the lot, met Khzam who quickly found us everything we were looking for. Went for a couple test drives. Khzam was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. We walked away with a new 4Runner and a new sales person to recommend!
First of all I rarely write reviews but I thought this deserved it. I've purchased many cars from many dealerships across the country. This was by far the best experience I've ever had. Hands down!
