This is the 3rd car I have bought fron Kenny Khzam. He's great to work with, knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to be helpful. I trust Kenny and he continues to provide excellent service. I was at Broadway Toyota getting my 2005 Prius service for 90, 000 miles and Mr. Khyzam asked me if I wanted to buy a new car. I said no but I would be interested in a plug-in hybrid Prius. He said a 2012 leased car had just been returned that day. I walked over and saw it and said I needed to discuss with my husband. The next thing I knew I was the proud owner of this car and turned my 2005 Prius in to buy it. Very easy sale with good follow up and care. I am still in awe I could find a car I was willing to buy.
We did our car shopping homework for weeks , so when we arrived at Broadway Toyota we knew the salesman would determine if we could finally buy a car. Whew! Super nice normal guy, Donny, walked up all smiles and asked a smart question. It was uphill from there. He showed us the cars we wanted to see, only. He listened! Stopped in to look at the new Rav4's and 4runners. After getting a little lost on the lot, met Khzam who quickly found us everything we were looking for. Went for a couple test drives. Khzam was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. We walked away with a new 4Runner and a new sales person to recommend!
First of all I rarely write reviews but I thought this deserved it. I've purchased many cars from many dealerships across the country. This was by far the best experience I've ever had. Hands down! Our experience was great. Kyler was very knowledgeable on the vehicle, he even helped clarify some of miss information given to us by another Toyota Dealership about our Tundra's Sonar. Its nice when a sales person knows their product, listens to your requests, and does not treat you like your an uneducated consumer. Very personable, great follow up, I would certainly recommend Kyler and Broadway Toyota!
My wife and I had visited every Toyota dealership in the area and it wasn't until we arrived at Broadway that we found exactly what we were looking for at the best price. Kyler and the rest of the Broadway team were very knowledgeable and helpful with our trade-in, financing and of course our new Sienna.
