I have bought from Broadway Toyota before, and I have always bee treated well. This time, I ordered a new truck to be built to my specifications - first time for me. Broadway Toyota, and specifically Dalal Abou-Jamous did a fantastic job. She kept me informed all through the build and delivery process and even cam in on her day off to allow me to take delivery of the new truck as soon as it was ready. If you're looking for a Prius, this is the place to go. They've got most any model or year you can think of, and they'll take the time to show you each and every one. I worked with Joe Shapiro and drove the C, the V, and (ultimately the car I purchased) the Plug-In. Joe was incredibly knowledgeable about the features of each vehicle, and he helped me negotiate into my deal some of those that I was explicitly looking for (Hello, new sunroof). Claude found us wandering around the lot and helped us to our dream car. He was professional, enthusiastic, and great to work with. We went into Broadway Toyota with our usual concerns about getting fleeced. We ended up getting treated the best of any dealer we have been too. Dominique was easy going and very willing to work with us. Since we live in Roseburg (about 150 miles south of Portland, we did almost all of the dealing over the phone.
