It is great to buy front Broadway Toyota-Scion. Sale persons are friendly. It is surprise to my wife and I that it took less time than we expect to work with a sale person to get the Truck we are looking for and work through the agreement and the price we think are fair.

The last car I bought was over 10 years ago at a different dealership, I was expecting some high-pressure sales on the car. I knew what I wanted but was still very nervous about trading my old Rav in for a new one. I emailed the dealership on a used car I saw online, Kenny returned my call and answered all my questions. When I arrived that car had been sold but Kenny showed me multiple vehicles that were exactly what I was interedted in. No pressure and very helpful. The red tag price was good and we didn't have to haggle, he even filled the gas for me before I left. We did have one issue where the check engine light came on durng the drive home. Very happy with our sales experience with Ken Scott. He was very attentive, not too pushy, but willing to show us used and new cars. We eventually decided on a new Sienna but again he was very open to showing us the whole line of cars from top trim and price to the bare bones version. Today my wife and I purchased a new Prius from Broadway Toyota. Two weeks prior we had stopped in to casually check out what models they had. When we approached the sales people milling about in the lot we were nervous as they looked like sharks that wanted to devour us in some kind of first time buyer feeding frenzy! Very honest. Great morals. Not pushy. Very patient. We test drove 3 diferent cars each time on 3 different days and since we had our child with us, Wade had to take us on test drives seperately! It took us a lot of time to decide. Wade never exhibited any anxiety in our inablility to make a decision. Always kept a smile on his face. The customer service was very friendly and worked hard to meet the wants and needs of the customer. Mr. Khzam was experienced and informative of the car bying process. I also like they way he would continually check back with us althourgh the process and even after the close of the deal; making sure we were totally satisfied with out purchase and to see if we had any other questions.
